Upon arrival you are greeted by the clink-clank of an arching wooden railroad-tie bridge as you cross over small Koi ponds and a beautiful rod-iron gate welcomes you into this very special and historic property.

The grounds boast an expansive lawn that is the perfect venue for your event and is surrounded by a stunning stonewall with grapevines peaking above. A wandering stream, waterfall, and botanical garden provide a gorgeous entrance for your guests, as well as a spectacular setting for photographs. The

adjoining pool and garden area provide a lovely background ambience while in the evening, the pool fountains erupt, providing a lovely finishing touch.

The beautifully landscaped property is surrounded by 180 acres of vineyard and provides the perfect atmosphere that mixes history with beauty. An Arts & Crafts (Craftsman) style home built in 1903 sits on the grounds and is used by the Phillips Family for personal events. Rancho del Oso (Bare Ranch in Spanish) was an operating winery until the early 1950’s and most of the original buildings remain on the property today.
